We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraud. An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order; it is a confirmation that we have received your request.
Pricing & Payment: All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable sales taxes, shipping, and handling charges will be added to your total at checkout. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website, including major credit cards. Full payment is required and must be successfully processed before any order can be dispatched.
Product Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, all products are subject to availability. In the event an item you ordered becomes unavailable or is on backorder after your purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions, such as a comparable product or the option to wait for the item to become available.
Order Changes & Cancellations: Requests for order changes or cancellations must be made promptly by contacting our customer service. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be altered or canceled.
Shipping Zones: Midsouth Hotel Supply proudly offers national shipping across the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Order Processing & Transit Times: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. Actual transit times vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.
Delivery & Risk of Loss: All shipments are made FOB (Free On Board) Origin. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Midsouth Hotel Supply pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. Please inspect all packages upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Return Eligibility: Most items purchased from Midsouth Hotel Supply may be returned within 90 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items, including but not limited to custom-ordered products, opened hygiene products, and clearance/final sale items, may be non-returnable. Return Authorization Process: To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team.
